Located near Gordon Square in Cleveland, we are a small personal training gym focused on quality over quantity. Our 1-1 personal training and small group sessions prioritize proper form, smart strength training, mobility, and balance so you move better and get stronger. Every workout is coached with intention because how you move matters.

Our Small Group Training was designed to make high-quality strength training more accessible. With a maximum of three people per class, you’ll get personalized coaching, structured programming, and modifications tailored specifically to you.

We offer three levels of classes to meet you where you are: Level 1( for the beginner) , Level 2 (intermediate) and Level 3 (advanced athlete). Every attendee gets an assessment beforehand. With 15 total sessions throughout the week, you’ll have flexible options that fit around your schedule.

1-1 Personal Training is a fully customizable, 45 minute or 60 minute session designed specifically for your needs. We meet you where you’re at, whether you are brand new to strength training or need to push your limits a little bit. If you’re new to personal training, we begin with a consultation that includes a detailed assessment to better understand your goals, movement patterns, and experience level. From there, we create a customized plan designed to help you build strength, move well, and progress with confidence.

Couples training was designed with the couple in mind. This is a 60 minute session that focuses on strength training, mobility and balance with a fully customized plan tailored to the couple. We begin with a consultation that includes a detailed assessment to understand movement patters, goals and any injuries.
